Here I am, Aiman Fahad, and I would be happy to share about my favourite sweet – the Hyderabadi apricot sweet dish is a traditional dessert that holds a special, significant importance and prominent place in my Hyderabadi dastarkhawn.

I prepared it by using dried apricots that I
slowly cooked until soft and produced a jam-like texture, which is naturally sweet.

I served this dessert with custard and fresh dairy cream, which mixes the richness of the fruit.

I told all my national and international readers that this is one of the famous dishes of the Deccan families, and I, as I belong to Hyderabadians, often prepare it on special occasions, weddings, and festive
gatherings, reflecting our cultural protocol of Hyderabad.

Personally, I focus on the preparation
process, which involves patience and top-quality ingredients rather than shortcuts,
which helps save its authentic taste.
